DELIVERY AND REFUND POLICY

Your privacy is important to us, so we have created the following Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to let you know what information we collect when you visit our site. https://fordevo.com.tr (“Site”), why we collect it and how we use it.
The terms “You”, “Your”, “Your” and “User” refer to the legal person/person/organization using Our Site.

This Delivery and Refund is subject to our Terms of Service.

If the product has not been used, is not damaged or its appearance has not been significantly changed, i.e. only such changes have been made to the appearance or packaging of the product, you have the right to return it without giving any reason within 14 days. As necessary to inspect the goods received.
The right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 months without giving a reason does not apply to legal entities (e.g. companies, entrepreneurs).
This Returns policy does not limit your statutory rights of withdrawal or any rights you may have in respect of incorrect, damaged or defective goods.

  1. DELIVERY TERMS
    Software Delivery: Software products are delivered electronically or via digital download. Depending on the agreement, the paid software product will be installed by us or delivered to you by download. Delivery will be made within 7 business days after payment is confirmed.
    Product Delivery: Products will be shipped to the customer within the time specified on the product screen, starting from the order date.
    Delivery Method: The software will be delivered via download or installation. The products will be delivered via cargo. Shipping charges will be paid by us or you under the conditions specified on the product screen.
    Delivery Address: The Customer undertakes that the delivery address is correct and complete. The Company is not responsible for deliveries that fail to occur due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
    Post-Delivery Check: The customer is responsible for checking the products within 2 business days after receiving them. In case of any damage or shortage, it must be reported to us within this period.
    Software Refund: Refunds for digital products will only be given if the software does not work or contains a serious bug. Depending on the software situation, non-refundable fees (domain, hosting, SSL certificate, etc.) will be subtracted from the paid fee and the remaining amount will be refunded. Refund request must be made within 14 days of delivery of the software.

  2. Product Refund:
    The products you want to return must be in their original packaging, unopened and suitable for resale. If the Goods to be returned do not meet these conditions, we cannot offer a refund.
    You must make your return request within 14 days from the delivery of the product.
    To initiate the return and refund process, please contact our Support team, the Support team will guide and assist you through the process.
    Please return the goods to us by sending them to the address specified by our support team.
    If goods are returned, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
    You must exercise your right of return responsibly and return the product in its original clean packaging as well as complete with all parts of the product. You are responsible for the full set of returned items. If the goods are not complete, we cannot accept returned goods and issue a refund.
    Once the goods have been received and inspected by our staff, a refund will be authorized using the same method as payment. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take up to 14 days to be credited to your original payment method. In all cases, we have the right to suspend the refund until the goods have been received back and inspected.
    You cannot offer a refund if the 14-day period in our return policy is exceeded.

  3. Defective goods
    In certain cases, such as defective, damaged or incorrect goods, you may be required to provide evidence of the problem, such as photos or video, or return the item to receive a refund.
    You must contact our company at info@fordevo.com within 14 days after purchase and provide detailed information such as:
    proof of purchase
    Order number
    Name of the product
    Information about the defect, malfunction or missing part of the item
    Evidence of the defect (e.g. a photo or video of the item, a photo of the defective area (if photo-taking is possible), a photo of the packaging, other).
